This Privacy Policy explains how Day One Foundry LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the SnoreGraph mobile application (the “App”). SnoreGraph was built to be private by design: your recordings and sleep data stay on your iPhone, and we keep the information we handle to the minimum needed to run the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
We do not require, request, or receive personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, or phone number. SnoreGraph has no user accounts, no social login, and no contact syncing. We do not operate a backend server that collects your information.
To detect and record snoring, SnoreGraph needs access to your device’s microphone, which you grant through the standard iOS permission prompt. While a session is active, audio is processed on your device using Apple’s on-device sound analysis. Short audio clips of detected events are saved locally on your iPhone so you can play them back. This audio is never transmitted to us, and we have no ability to access or listen to it. You can delete individual recordings or all of your data at any time from within the App.
Your nights, snore scores, detected sound events and their audio clips, breathing-pattern measures, factors and remedies you log, morning ratings, and app settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. We do not have access to this information. If you delete the App, this information is removed with it.
SnoreGraph offers an optional “Pro” subscription. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using Apple’s In-App Purchase and StoreKit systems. We never receive or store your name, email, or payment card details. Apple provides us only with anonymous, aggregate sales information. Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
SnoreGraph is a consumer wellness app intended to help you understand your snoring and sleep sounds over time. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor sleep apnea or any other medical condition. Any information the App surfaces is for general wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have concerns about your snoring, breathing, or sleep, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
SnoreGraph displays no advertisements, contains no advertising identifiers, and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
SnoreGraph is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because SnoreGraph has no account and stores your content on your device, you remain in control of your information at all times. You can remove all of it by deleting your recordings within the App or by deleting the App, and you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
